Support was okay overall, nothing terrible but not exactly amazing either. It took a few days before I got a proper response, which was kind of frustrating. They did fix the issue in the end though, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish they were a bit quicker to reply

I’m really happy with this. It took me a little bit to get it adjusted properly at first, but once I did, it felt great. I forgot I was wearing it for most of the day, which is exactly what I was hoping for...

I thought it was going to be a hassle—actually, it came out easily. It took me two tries, but overall removal was easier than expected.

I guess it does what it’s supposed to do, and overall it’s a decent product. I’m not totally thrilled with the price, though, it feels a little higher than it should be. Still, I’ll admit it’s not bad for what you get.

I bought this from AllMatters, the material is okay. It feels fairly soft and doesn’t come across as super cheap right away, so at first I thought it would be better than average.

After using it for a bit, though, I started to feel a little misled by the way it was presented. For the price, I expected something sturdier and more premium, but it just feels standard to me.

It’s not a bad product and it does what it’s supposed to do, but I wouldn’t say the material impressed me. I’d give it around 3 stars because it’s fine, just not as good as I was expecting.

I picked these up because I really thought they were going to help with the odor thing, but I didn’t notice a huge change. I followed the washing tips too, and after a few hours that damp smell was still kind of there, so I’m not sure if I did something wrong or if they just don’t work that great.

I got the AllMatters cup and my cramps seem a bit less awful than when I was using tampons. It’s not some life-changing miracle or anything, I still definitely take painkillers, but my period feels easier to deal with now. Delivery was totally fine. Overall, a decent purchase, though I’m not throwing a parade about it...

I returned my order and then had to chase my refund not once, but twice. The whole return process felt confusing, like I’d accidentally signed up for some “figure it out yourself” challenge. It took way longer than expected, and the refund team was basically the “hello? anyone there?” department.

I really wanted to like AllMatters!! Their site looks great and everything feels polished, but i’m not fully convinced about the brand. Some of the info felt a little too vague for me, and I didn’t get that strong trust feeling I was hoping for. Maybe other people had a better experience, but before I buy again, I’d want clearer details and a little less marketing talk

I do like what allmatters is trying to do, especially making period products less wasteful. Using reusable options feels better than buying disposables every month or so, and my order showed up in about a week, which was totally fine. That said, the prices feel maybe 20% or 30% higher than I’d ideally want to pay, and I wish the material info was a bit clearer in a few places. Overall, it’s a solid sustainable option, just not a perfect fit for me.

I’ve been using my AllMatters cup for over a year now, and to be fair, it’s still holding up really well. No strange cracks, no weird changes in the material, just the usual wear you’d expect. It feels sturdy and it’s easy enough to clean, which I appreciate. I’m taking off one star though because the pouch started looking worn out sooner than I’d hoped, which is a bit annoying considering the cup itself is so good.

I wasn’t really a fan of the design. It felt kind of awkward to use, i got even more confused because the email made it sound like something else. Just didn’t feel very smooth overall.

I kind of forgot about it for a few days because the tracking wasn’t really updating much, which made it hard to know if it was actually moving or just sitting somewhere. It did end up arriving later than the original estimate, so that was a little frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly.

I was hoping this would be gentle on my skin, but soon after using it I got itchy and red. Definitely wasn’t the reaction I expected, so unfortunately it’s just not for me.
